My approach is integrative, trauma-informed and grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside compassion-focused and relational approaches where appropriate.
In therapy, we will work together to:

develop practical coping strategies
support emotional regulation
build resilience and self-understanding

I am a recognised provider with Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, Vitality Health , UK health insurers.
FEES
Therapy sessions are available through two access pathways:
• Private Self-Funded Therapy
• Insurance-Funded Therapy through recognised UK health insurers where applicable
Standard private sessions are £100 per 50-minute session. Insurance reimbursement levels and excess payments may vary depending on individual policies.
An initial free 15-minute introductory consultation is available.
